Caution 1:The maximum inflation pressure for the 100/60-6.5 inner tube is 350kPa (50psi).Caution 2:It is normal for the inner tube to be non-circular or have bulges in some areas after inflation. This is not a quality defect. Once the inner tube is placed between the outer tube and the rim, and then inflated to the appropriate pressure, the bulge will be eliminated under the combined action of the outer tube and the rim, allowing normal use.Caution 3:Follow the correct installation sequence:First, slightly inflate the inner tube (press the air pump 2-3 times only). This prevents the inner tube from forming permanent folds due to over-folding during installation (which may cause abrasion and tearing when inflated later) and makes it easier to fit between the outer tube and the rim.Place the inner tube between the outer tube and the rim.Inflate to the appropriate pressure. Do not inflate the inner tube to the maximum pressure before placing it between the outer tube and the rim, as this may damage the inner tube’s elasticity.Caution 4:During installation, adjust the position of the valve stem to align it with the valve hole on the rim. This prevents the valve stem from detaching due to long-term tension.Caution 5:When installing and inflating, ensure the inner tube is not pinched between the outer tube and the rim. Otherwise, as the pressure increases, the pinched inner tube may burst.Caution 6:Before installation, must clean away any residual debris from the inner wall of the outer tube. If not cleaned, the inner tube may be punctured by the debris under pressure after inflation—even thick inner tubes can be punctured. This is not a quality defect but a result of improper installation.

• Upgraded 90-Degree Silver Valve: Our 100/65-6.5 inner tube is upgraded with a silver valve, which is harder and more durable than copper valves. It is not easy to rust or leak air. The connection between the valve and the inner tube is thickened to effectively prevent the valve from falling off. The valve is 90 degrees horizontally perpendicular to the inner tube and bends 45 degrees, making it easy to inflate.
• Thickened Material: The 11-inch electric scooter inner tube is made of thickened butyl rubber, which has excellent puncture resistance, mineral acid resistance and anti-aging properties, and can also withstand extreme temperature environments (-60℃ to 180℃). This inner tube adopts a 1.5mm thickened design and weighs 175g, while most inner tubes on the market are only 0.9mm thick.
• Installation Tips: Before installing the inner tube: first, inflate it slightly, submerge it in water and rotate to check for bubbles—bubbles mean a hole, so contact us for a replacement. Second, fully clean debris from the outer tire’s inner wall to stop the inner tube from being punctured by debris under pressure. Do not use sharp screwdrivers or crowbars to install the tire (to avoid piercing the inner tube). If the inner tube leaks after installation, the installer is responsible.
