- Important Note for 2026 Wrangler Owners: Certain 2025 and 2026 Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles built on or after September 30, 2025 were produced with a faulty Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) software calibration, affecting the AEV ProCal and all other dealer and aftermarket programming tools. This DASM calibration could not properly accept tire size which then caused lane departure and auto high-beam warning faults and disabled certain driver assistance features. Please see Customer Bulletin for instructions on how to resolve the issue from your local Stellantis dealer

- Advanced Suspension System: The DualSport XP Coil Spring Suspension System includes a set of frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs to provide 2.5-3 inches of additional front and rear ride height. Features progressive rate coil springs available in standard load or high capacity paired with 66mm (2.6 inch) AEV-tuned 8100 series reservoir shocks for ultimate off-road performance, especially over rough terrain at higher speeds
- Enhanced Performance and Articulation: The AEV coil spring and shock combination used in this suspension not only increases both up travel and down travel but also provides better articulation as well as improved off-road speed potential and bottoming control
- Load Handling Capability: The JL Wrangler is equipped from the factory with a very soft coil spring and a relatively stiff shock package, which is not suitable for expedition travel when heavier cargo loads are introduced. This system addresses that limitation with progressive rate coil springs for additional load handling capability
- Optimized Suspension Geometry: With the AEV DualSport XP Suspension System installed, the JL Wrangler's front and rear suspension geometry is optimized throughout the entire range of motion, giving you the sporty, responsive handling characteristics that AEV suspension systems are known for and a pair of AEV's heavy duty, stamped control arm geometry correction brackets are included for an improved ride quality and reduced nose dive under hard braking
