Tired of incomplete repair kits, weak bonds, and complicated application processes? Our Complete Carbon Fiber Repair Kit is your all-in-one solution for professional-grade repairs—perfect for both DIY enthusiasts and seasoned experts. Whether you’re fixing a car, bike, boat, furniture, or structural components, this kit provides everything you need to achieve seamless, long-lasting results that stand the test of time.Unlike incomplete or low-quality repair kits that fail to deliver lasting results, our complete carbon fiber kit is engineered for convenience, strength, and versatility. It includes all the premium materials you need to tackle any repair—from small household fixes to automotive and marine projects—without the need for extra tools. The easy 2:1 mix ratio and user-friendly design make it perfect for beginners, while the high-strength carbon fiber and epoxy ensure professional-grade, long-lasting repairs that stand up to harsh conditions. How To Use?1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the repair surface is clean, dry.2. Cut the Carbon Fiber Cloth: Measure the repair area and cut the 3K twill carbon fiber cloth to size, leaving a 1-2 inch overlap around the damaged area for full reinforcement. 3. Mix the Epoxy Resin & Hardener: Use a clean mixing container and stir stick. Mix the epoxy resin and hardener in a strict 2:1 ratio (2 parts resin to 1 part hardener). 4. Apply the Epoxy & Carbon Fiber Cloth: Apply a thin, even layer of the mixed epoxy to the prepared surface. Carefully place the cut carbon fiber cloth over the epoxy-coated area, ensuring it lies flat and covers the entire damaged area (including the overlap). Use a brush or squeegee to gently press the cloth into the epoxy, removing any trapped air bubbles and ensuring full saturation of the cloth with resin.5. Add Additional Layers (If Needed): For larger or more structural repairs, apply additional layers of epoxy and carbon fiber cloth. Allow each layer to partially cure (1-2 hours) before adding the next layer—this ensures a strong bond between layers. Smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles with a squeegee as you go.6. Allow Full Cure: Let the repair cure in a well-ventilated area at room temperature (65-75°F / 18-24°C). The epoxy will be touch-dry in 4-6 hours, but allow 24-48 hours for a complete, full cure. Avoid touching, moving, or exposing the repair to moisture or heat during the curing process.7. Finish (Optional): Once fully cured, sand the surface lightly with fine-grit sandpaper to smooth any rough edges or excess resin. Polish with a buffing cloth for a glossy, professional finish that matches the surrounding surface.
